Please note that, under current U.S.–China trade regulations, an import tax/duty of approximately 54% of the declared item value may be charged upon delivery for packages shipped via postal services.
To support our valued customers, we are happy to cover 50% of the total import duty cost. This means that once your parcel is delivered and the duty is paid, we will reimburse half of the amount charged by customs.
To receive the reimbursement, simply provide us with a copy of the duty payment receipt. We will then refund 50% of the duty directly to your original payment method via our secure payment gateway.
These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and collected by the courier or postal service at the time of delivery.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched from India or Hong Kong via international tracked courier services.

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to holidays or product availability.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over USD 200.
Who pays duties & taxes?
These are charged separately by customs at the destination country and must be paid to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
No P.O. Boxes
Please provide a residential or business address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and retry after 5 days. If unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt. Sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable. Email us for return approval.
Return conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Include your receipt in the return package.
Jewellery & Earrings:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on these unless the item is faulty.
